Woke at 213.0, down 1.8 from my last weigh in on 7/29. Had a large lunch and caught up on several items to prepare to go back to work after a long vacation. Got a nice pre-dinner weigh in of 212.2 as the water continues to move out.
212.2 lb Lost so far: 112.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
