I have to stop weighing myself every day. It's going to get to the point where I am not going to see these changes every day. I am going to try to wait to weigh myself again until Friday.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
