Yeh! I was really concerned about today's weight because yesterday I had 1800 calories , but stayed at 25 net carbs I made this macadamia nut butter with coconut oil and stevia and cocoa Ir was very delicious I still can't break away from the high fat high calorie mentality is bad for you ....but mr Atkins was right about everything it's ok to eat fat just don't eat flour and sugar 👍🙌
154.1 lb Lost so far: 8.9 lb.    Still to go: 4.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
