did well yesterday on my diet. just wish crape wouldn't happen to keep me from doing my cardio days. I woke up this morning and rolled over and my nose exploded. It bled for over 30 minutes.

Ill see if I can't make up for it tonight. it is a Plyometrics day.
267.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 57.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
