so, yesterday i did not really eat the healthiest for lunch. i had half of a hamburger and half of my fries at some diner.... my husband and i were out and about because we drove about an hour away to purchase this puppy. (my husband is the best). i lost two ounces of weight... i am happy that it is going down but, i am left a little confused... i stayed around 1200 calories, so i guess i anticipated that i would lose a little more than that. i am absolutely terrified of the idea of gaining weight again. I have came such a long way and it has been a very hard journey for me, especially sense i am a food addict! so, my husband bought me a little companion we are hoping to have registered as my service dog... (i have ptsd among other things due to childhood traumas)... i hope everyone woke up with good news today!
263.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 93.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
