Today, my birthday goddess saw to it that I lost 1 1/2 pounds just in time for the stats to go in. I see that i hang on to a given weight fo a while and then after a month I seem to be ready to drop, rather than dropping weekly. I'll keep this in mind before I panic next month-But I am likely to forget because I have CRAFT disease; cant remember a f---- thing! Cousins are in town so we will be celebrating my birthday in the usual manner; brunch & dinner......I'll stick some OK foods in my pocket book for lunch but dinner should be OK. Hope you all have a wonderful Sunda too.
154.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 13 January 2008:
1722 kcal Fat: 95.62g | Prot: 154.80g | Carb: 88.02g.   Breakfast: cheese shredded fat free 1/4 cup, Turkey Pepperoni, South Beach multi grain wraps. Lunch: egg drop soup, mustard greens, black bean sauce, peanut sauce, chicken, steak sate. Dinner: yogurt, cookie, olive oil, chicken, feta cheese. Snacks/Other: jello pudding, laughing cow cheese, peanut butter, fudgicle. more...
