I'm bouncing between 241 and 245 due to binge days and late-night snacking.

When late-night snacking is eliminated, I lose 3-5 pounds per week. Frustrating...but it's a new week of opportunity...got to break the 240 barrier this week!

241.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
