Day 7...and 1 lb down. I was hoping for more...you know you cut out the things you love...I conquered the temptation at Chuckie Cheese I thought the scale would reward me a little more than 1lb. For me I know it is the carbs that make me the weight I am...and I know some people think that I am not over weight but I am...then I look at some stories..who lose a lot just in 4 days...I admit...it got my hopes up. But I am good with it, I am happy with 1 lb...I know me...I lose weight VERY SLOWLY...and gain it when I look at food :).

I know yu have checked ME out; so don't go along with those big losers, some of us are slower, like me. You should see a pound loss in 1 week as a good loss for it is more frustrating to hang on to weight and lose only after standing still for 3=4 weeks. You are really doing very well.....Clap yurself on the back.

Good job! I am in the same boat as you. I lose very very slowly and can gain it back in a minute. I try to be happy with any loss on the scale. I'll take ANYTHING.....LOL. So keep it up!
