Goodness I was bad yesterday - feel very lucky to have only gained 6 oz. whew. (seems like I've journaled something VEEERRRY simsilair to this before...
221.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I have to smile! Yes , you have written this before... AND so have I! Sort of like ground hog day. One thing that helped me was trying to post in my journal when I have a good day, which helpes me figure out why I have bad days. I was never one to write a "journal" but here i feel like I am just updating friends on how it is going! Be good!
