Really good first day. Not feeling the urge to eat even though I am feeling hungry. It's this weird in control feeling that is just making me feel lighter. Tomorrow I am running 9 miles. Well that is the plan anyway. I am kind of getting excited about rejoining match. I am most looking forward to kissing someone I am really attracted to.
237.5 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
