Well I'm down a little more yeh and yesterday I ate 2 Atkins almond treats one Atkins meal bar and one Atkins treat bar plus all my other food chucken salad with Hellmann olive oil mayondise with eggs onion and celery broccoli with hummus strawberries turkey bacon with egg whites avacado plus 4 coffees with half in half I feel like I ate a lot yesterday it was under 1500 calories ... I really think I can stay on this Atkins diet now because the supplements are managing my sweet tooth and I'm still losing weight and I'm shocked 😱and I have not been exercising at all
157.3 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 7.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
