I clearly can not tolerate a lot of fat in my diet.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Last week I splurged on pizza and ceated a major stall. I should have been able to post 167 a week ago. Thanks for your support. You are always so happy for everyone else. I hope you finally get to where you want to be too!

Home Run Pizza is hard.....I haven't had one since I moved to Texas. Just tell me that they aren't as good as I remember....lie about it, if you must! Amy is coming this next week for a four day visit. I plan to spoil her rotten but won't be indulging in food treats. Told Bruce that I am not going to get off base as the scale moved this morning in a foreign direction....down:) Hope you are having a great weekend.
