Woo hoo!!! I have lost another couple pounds. Watching my diet and exercising more is helping. Yesterday I was able to put on a pair of jeans that I haven't been able to wear in years. I bought myself a pair of size 14 slacks on Thursday night with a new blouse for extra incentive and they are still a little tight but hopefully I will be in them by the end of another week. :)
209.2 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 29.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
