You only have 11 pounds left to lose, so getting them off can be really hard. You may need to re-motivate yourself and be really strict with your diet. Maybe try 1200 calories a day for a week and be really strict with the tracking and bites, licks and tastes.(calories add up quickly). Exercise is your best friend when you don't have a lot to lose. The weather is getting nice. Get out and start moving. Walk, run, bike, hike, whatever gets you out and burning calories. Try new workout dvds from the library. You can do it, if you really want it. But you have to make a plan, stick with it consistently and don't let anything stop you. Good luck!
