I didn't log my weight yesterday because it was back up, again, to 240 and I had to be up for work at 5:30am (usually don't go into work till 9am). It was a long day of travelling and eating on the road. I didn't exercise, but today I'm back at 239.4 and happy to have had some time to visit this site. It's always motivating and helpful to stay/get back on track.

I pledge to exercise tonight before leaving for New Orleans. I will be spending the weekend with family so eating right will be hard, but at the least I can be sure to do some exercise. I will walk my sister's dog in the morning and even try to get my mom or sister out for a walk in the afternoon. I'm super excited because my dad is going to come up to visit on Sunday and I've taken off work on Monday to work in the yard. It will be nice to get some beds prepared for vegetables and the exercise will be a nice added benefit.
239.4 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 91.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
