2400 kcal Fat: 74.25g | Prot: 88.87g | Carb: 318.33g.   Breakfast: everything bagel einstein, Chocolate Iced Kreme Filled Doughnut, whipped cream cheese einstein, krispy kreme. Lunch: turkey deli, parmesan ken's, hearts of palm, organic hotdog applegate, wheat hot dog bun, misc, whole foods fruit bar. Dinner: Lamb Cubed For Stew or Kabob (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Indian Flatbread Naan, Misc.. Snacks/Other: apple, Bananas, BBQ Soy Chips, Grapefruit. more...
