2400 kcal Fat: 74.25g | Prot: 88.87g | Carb: 318.33g.   Breakfast: whipped cream cheese einstein, krispy kreme, Chocolate Iced Kreme Filled Doughnut, everything bagel einstein. Lunch: hearts of palm, organic hotdog applegate, misc, wheat hot dog bun, whole foods fruit bar, turkey deli, parmesan ken's. Dinner: Misc., Indian Flatbread Naan, Lamb Cubed For Stew or Kabob (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat). Snacks/Other: Bananas, apple, BBQ Soy Chips, Grapefruit. more...
