2400 kcal Fat: 74.25g | Prot: 88.87g | Carb: 318.33g.   Breakfast: everything bagel einstein, Chocolate Iced Kreme Filled Doughnut, krispy kreme, whipped cream cheese einstein. Lunch: whole foods fruit bar, wheat hot dog bun, misc, turkey deli, hearts of palm, organic hotdog applegate, parmesan ken's. Dinner: Indian Flatbread Naan, Misc., Lamb Cubed For Stew or Kabob (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat). Snacks/Other: Bananas, Grapefruit, apple, BBQ Soy Chips. more...
