Slow but steady wins the race...right?? I need to take advice form a turtle & not give up!! It was a little bit discouraging when fatsecret told me "At this rate you will reach your goal in TEN MONTHS"
125.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 0.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

LOL, I hate those messages too! Ignore it though, your body will do what it feels like doing and will probably average out the pace in the end. I know mine does, I lose a lot of weight fast and then struggle forever to get any more off and thenI will start losing again. It would be much easier to lost steady constantly, but you will get there. Keep up the good work!
