End of the 1st month using Medifast. 20 pounds lost!
370.4 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 190.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1278 kcal Fat: 54.41g | Prot: 127.02g | Carb: 79.00g.   Breakfast: Oatmeal Raisin Crunch Meal Bar. Lunch: medifast smore. Dinner: Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, broccoli, Beef Chuck (Clod Steak, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat). Snacks/Other: medifast smore crunch, white cheddar soy crisps, Cream of Broccoli Soup, Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Parmesan Cheese Puffs. more...
losing 2.8 lb a week
