Its starting to bug me that I am losing 0 pounds. I am glad it is staying very regular but with the amount of calories I am taking in, I thought it would be more substantial.

I just found online the 50-30-20 plan of Protein, fats carbs and I realized I had not been following that closely enough. I am going to try and reduce my carbs some more, but it is AMAZING the amount of carbs i random items i did not expect.
269.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's frustrating for me as well when I don't see those numbers go down or move. Good for you for staying the course. I often find myself getting so mad that I eat! Which makes the numbers go up! And then I eat again! It's a vicious cycle. Good luck with the reduction of carbs. I may have to look at that plan as well!
