RiverRes's Journal, 17 July 2017

Not logging what I eat is not an option. I gave up. I was exhausted, burnt out, and just over everything in my life after the NTO. It was so bad that I passed out/fainted and had to go the doctor and get a barrage of tests. In response, I ate crappy food. I drank too much. I am done feeling sorry for myself and ready to battle again.

The weight gain is logged and acknowledged. The weekend food prep to get me through the week is back on the agenda. Ways to get work outs into my day is back to the forefront of my thoughts.

And I am back on FS. I believe a comment on one of last posts pertained to brevity. Well screw that! Read or don't read. This is for me. If I need to rant, I shall. Onward and downward.

I just looked at that comment. We aren't writing Shakespeare, for crying out loud. These are journals...

I don't even want to know who suggested brevity. THEY need a hobby! Love what you say about not tracking not being an option. I'm new to this app but already it's giving a beautiful framework and sparing me the mental effort of trying to remember what I ate and figure out what to eat next.
