Gotta do this! Glad that the splenda flavors are good, coffee creamer is my weakness. Have a great Day to all!

I just entered my meal this morning....The hormel Pepperoni stix....having one for snack now, I can taste the fat!!! YUCKY!! gotta find something else now...onward and up ward!
226.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
