169.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Last night must've been the hardest days so far to deal with this diet/fitness regime. I didn't get to sit down once! I did my workout... well, 'did' is relative since I couldn't do some of the stuff (chin ups) and had to stop about halfway through the regime cause I was blacking out. But instead of giving up, I relaxed for a few minutes to let my heart rate slow, and then did the rest of the workout. As for the rest of my evening, it was spent COOKING. I've been premaking the sauces for the dinners as they come up, so last night it was Lemon & Dill Sauce for my salmon. It took a LONG time to cook. Ended up eating at 10pm, while standing in my kitchen, preparing my foods for lunch today. Gah.... I'm hoping that once I get all the sauces pre-made, preparing food won't take so long....

you have to remember that to begin with the exercise routine will be hard, cause your not use to it..but the more you workout, the easier it gets to finish the routine...your doing great..way to go..
