McD's for lunch: ¹/4# no cheese meal w/sweet tea & filet fish no cheese; veggie burger in a wrap w/hummus schmeer & sweet potato fries & salad. about 6k steps
237.8 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 57.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.6 lb a week
