Yesterday after about 1pm I started getting fatigues and light headed and my stomach started complaining. I looked at my calorie counter and realized I was only at 600 calories and that was probably my issue. My extremely low calorie level hasn't bothered me until yesterday but it kind of scared me yesterday. Mom and daddy cooked steaks and roast potatoes which causes a huge calorie spike.

This morning I got up at about 5:30 and started getting ready to do my shoulders and arms routine of P90X and checked my phone. work emergency, so I got hooked up and checked the issue out which pushed my workout back to 6:30 start time. I finished it up but didn't get a chance to do the ab ripper. I will try to do that tonight.
269.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
