Today was P90X Plyometrics day. So far this was one of the first days I have not wanted to get up and do the routine. I put it off and did some "extra-curricular" activities and only haf time to complete half of the Plyometrics routine. Still managed to walk away soaked to the bone.
269.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
