I had a great day, today! I was so busy, that I didn't think much about food.

I was also pleasantly surprised that I lost weight over the weekend. I know that I overate, but I kept up with those calories with exercise.
125.7 lb Lost so far: 14.3 lb.    Still to go: 25.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
