Had to restart diet, because scale I was using was wildly swinging each day. bought a new one, and it weighs me heavier than I had been tracking, so will start fresh with weight this new scale provides.
244.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 94.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
