May consider switching to Primal Blueprint (Paleo type diet). Just reading up on it now. Absolutely no grains or starches ever. But lots more carbs from vegetables and fruits.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
