A great day - stayed within my limits again, worked out at the gym for an hour and a half after work and ate loads of fruit and veg. I've done loads of exercise this week and I've been very good with my cals and fats, so I'm hoping for a good result on the scales tomorrow morning - wish me luck! :)
142.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
