I need to get back on track. I've been trying, but still seem to gain and lose the same couple of pounds and go nowhere. I know part of this is that I need to be more active, and part of it is that I need to cut back on my calories a bit more, at least until I am more active. Having a job that I sit all day doesn't help. Why is it that when you sit all day you can get home and just feel exhausted? I should feel rested and ready to conquer my workouts, but I don't. I feel lazy and tired and like I don't want to do anything. Well, I think it's time to change my attitude. I'm going to try to take my 15 min. afternoon break and maybe get up and walk around the building and maybe that will help me get some energy back.

It seems like every year I'm gaining a bit more weight and it's just getting harder and harder to lose it, so it's time to figure out how to get myself where I really want to be and keep myself there. So I am going to try to start coming back here each week to keep myself more accountable with weekly weigh-ins and progress reports. If anyone reads this and wants to watch my progress and kick my butt, feel free.

This weeks challenges/goals:
At work get up and move- go for walks around the building on 15 min breaks
At home do workouts at least 4 times this week
Eat under 1400 calories each day & Make those healthy calories
Lose a 1/2 a pound by next Monday
Log at least 7000 steps per day
146.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
