1316 kcal Fat: 38.02g | Prot: 46.69g | Carb: 117.09g.   Breakfast: bear river valley frosted tumble wheats, coffee, blue diamond vanilla almond milk. Lunch: Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), oikos greek yogurt vanilla, metamucil sugar free orange fiber, blue diamond chocolate almond milk. Dinner: Baby Carrots, bisto gravy granules, steamed broccoli, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Thigh (Skin Eaten), Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked), sweet leaf green tea, coffee. Snacks/Other: blue shropshire cheese, merlot wine, almonds. more...
