Why is this so hard now? Just two months ago I was doing great and not struggling so much with meeting calorie goals calories. Now I am having daily willpower issues and totally giving up by the time it comes to dinner.

I'm going to keep trying and refuse to give up completely. This will get easier.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 92.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
