Had a really good day and that is wonderful. I am under alot of stress and that is a good thing as it makes me stronger for losing weight. I have to get my BMI down to a good percentage and the only way to do that is to lose weight down to 150 pounds. Remember 1 pound per week is all that I ask of myself and so what if it takes one year or more, I plan on living another 50 years.
214.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
