Better. But this is after 2 weeks...gotta keep plugging. The exercise feels good and helps me stay on track. Don't want to undo the exercise by overeating...
143.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good going - keep up the exercise. I'm finding that even a little exercise makes a lot of difference. Well done, you're moving in the right direction :)
