Just Started P90X Day 3. Did some of the Yoga workout, but I can't hold the poses necessary to do what they're doing. I did about 30 mins of the Yoga then decided to pick up the ab ripper that I missed.

Should be good and sore in my abs tomorrow.
274.9 lb Lost so far: 0.1 lb.    Still to go: 64.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
