I didnt go over my points at all this week! Well Sunday I used some flex points because when i weighed in and I had only lost.2lbs I was a little MAD! I also walked 3 miles 2 days this week and 4 miles another day!

If you use flex, don't use them near weigh-in. The extra food can make the scale temporarily go up. Just keep going and you may see an extra big loss next week.

It must feel GREAT to be so near to goal. Way to go! It is warming up outside so maybe we will all get out more and get some exercise that won't seem so much like the have to kind but the want to kind. Keep up whatever you are doing because it is obviously working for you. Good job!!

I only ended up using some flex points AFTER i weighed in. I have been walking every day so far!! Im LOVING the nice weather now!!!!!!
