Well, I kind of figured as much. I only wrote down the original weight as a ball-park, as I didn't have access to the scale that day. Oh well, at least I know that from here on, that number should go down. Gotta start somewhere, right?

Also, geez Bob's Red Mill, could your Scottish Oatmeal be any more delicious? Seriously, that is some damn good stuff.
167.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
