Starting all over again. Bought a set of scales, started a workout routine, and taking my hip, thigh, butt, waist, and bust measurements tonight. Checking in again in 30 days time.
My goal is to lose 2 kilos in 30 days. I will not eat french fries until I have lost 2 kilos. Then I may eat before moving on to the next challenge.
2 kilos, 30 days. So I will be 64.3 kgs by 15 April.
