9am: 2 Dexatrim Max tablets.

12pm: a few bites of tuna salad w/ low fat mayo, 8oz unsweetened almond milk, 1 16 oz. cotainer of iced coffee made w/ 2 spoons instant coffee, 2 tsp. fat free creamer, and 1 tsp. chocolate creamer, & 1/2 scoop of splenda.

3pm: 16 oz. iced coffee.

3:40: a few licks of Starburst candy sweetness off my husbands lips.

3:45: 1c tuna salad, 1 orange, 8.4oz. sugar-free Red Bull

4:00: 3 8 oz glasses of water during exercise.

6:10: 1 serving oatmeal w/ 1tsp butter spray & 2tsp. Splenda, 2 slices of 100% whole wheat toast w/ butter spray & sugar free strawberry jelly, 1 glass unsweetened Almond milk.

Green tea w/ fresh lemon slices.

More water during sprint/jog intervals on treadmill.

A good day for me. I got plenty of exercise.
