136.5 lb Lost so far: 55.5 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I just lowered my goal weight by five pounds because i am not even close to fitting into my work clothes. I still can't get even my biggest jeans on. It's a little discouraging to habe losts o much and still be too big for my clothes. I guess i really ws so huge when i started. I also measured yesterday and i found that i only lost 1 inch from each place in a little more than a month. so i guess i will have to start some sort of targeted exercise program.

You know, I'd be a tad concerned that I lost so much and yet held onto the inches. What is your doctor saying about that?

I think you should also go to the store and try on some new clothes to see what size you are now. Clothes has such different cuts now that maybe you just need to try a different brand.

nonono-I confused you: i dDID lose about 20+ inches overall since i started this- which i know is great- it's just that in the past month, i only lost 1 inch top + 1 inch bottom, + one inch waist(nothing lost from thighs), which i thught was only a little, and that's why i still don't fit into clothes. I really had tons & tons of body fat when i started (gross)- so now i don't have all that, but i guess it will take time to shrink down size wise. I am staying far away from doctors- that's how i got into this mess- way too much medication, etc. I'm only seeing an orthopedoic md right now & a pain md for a car accident last year.
