Yesterday, I ate more than I really should have. I stayed to the foods list, just ate a lot! Today is a regular scheduled weekday, so hopefully I will be able to stay on track a little better.
150.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

Weekends are the hardest. I am sure you will eat much less during the week. Go get'em girl!

There is a little getting used to on this diet, especially if you aren't used to eating this way. Hang in there! Try journaling... it really will help you see what you are eating and if it's okay or not for you.
