Chynah's Journal, 14 March 2010

I woke up this morning feeling like I ate a cow. My keto strips don't change color, but I know now I am definitely in ketosis. YAAAAY! Unfortunatley this means I'll have to force myself to eat. I input my breakfast already because once it is written, it must be done!!!!!

I was smart today. I took the 1/2 mile walk to the super market this morning and only got a few things, as opposed to yesterday when I walked to the store and got so many things, I couldn't figure out how to get home. LOL.
