So this is technically supposed to be my 24th day on Advocare!! Which means I was to weigh in. Since, I wasn't able to have my supplements for 4 days. I will weigh in again in 4 days!! But,I wanted to show my progress! Here goes!

Feb 15th!
My waist was 37 now it's a 33.
Hips were 42 now im a 38 1/2.

I was a little dissappointed in the weight loss! I will see what happens in 4 days though!! :)
140.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
