A good day today for sheer willpower, as I have managed to avoid sticky buns and a box of choccies given to us by grateful patients at work, only drank a diet-coke at the pub during my latest book-club meeting and the extra cup of tea with my dinner that would've pushed me over my limit tonight. I never knew I had so much self-control!! :)
