There's a tear in my cereal:( Thank you FatSecret for pointing out that I am gaining weight at a rapid pace (8.1 pounds/week).....sigh.........Ya know, I did get really fed up last night and just lost it. I ate a cookie, had a glass of chocolate milk, 5 thin mints, and a fun size snickers, all in about 1 hours time. So, okay, today is a new day and I just got back from the gym where I did 30 minutes on the elliptical, 15 minutes on the stair stepper, and 15 minutes on the bike. I will eat good today, I promise myself. I just had to get that out last night, I guess. I do not feel like that this morning, it is a new day.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I had a night kind of like that, too. All the junk I ate did not satisfy me, but it did add up in calories. I hate that feeling. :/ Great job with cardio today, you're getting right back on track!

So what was up with last night?:) Unfortunately, my little binge there did make me feel better, like I just had to get it out of my system. But I know it was because I just had a bad day all around yesterday. I let a few things out of my control get to me and my kids were driving me up a wall in the evening. I just wanted to go to bed, but I had to do laundry and it all just crumbled and I caved. I'll have to better learn how to deal with stress and things I can't control.

me too, I couldn't stop eating friday night. must have been something in the air!!!! I was talking to someone about it today how if your a drug addict or alcohol you can give it up, but with food its like our lives evolve around food, food here there and everywhere. And sometime its is just so hard to control what we put in our mouths, well for me it is anyways. Great job getting back on track, and glad to hear you foot is getting better

Okay, so all our calories cancel each other out! Lydia, I think that about drugs/alcohol, too. Those are not around me, but you can't live with out food.
