I was very happy to see the scale this morning. Sometimes it seems like your weight loss lags a couple of days behind and that you'll hold steady for two to three days and then drop a pound or two. It's like your body has to catch up with your eating behaviors.
150.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 10.5 lb a week
