I've cheated quite often this pass weeks and the routine is killing me, they had me cut the carbs, lactose and fruits. I don't really know what to eat, 2 pounds is good though.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
