What do you get when you take a man in his fifties, send him 1000 km from home to stuff his 89 year old dad with anything he wants for three days? Why, an 8 pound bloat of course! Gah!!!
208.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well, some of it I still expect from creatine loading. I should lose 5 pounds here pretty quick.

He is fairly frail, but he's doing great otherwise. The day before I got there he went to a concert and danced until 10:30 when it ended. :D If you live it too cautiously, you're not living it.

You know your stuff so it will shift pretty quickly. The main thing is - Did you have a good time away with your Dad?
