It seems the more I work out the more I weigh! I'm sure it's muscle, but darn!
177.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1712 kcal Fat: 127.45g | Prot: 113.48g | Carb: 30.40g.   Breakfast: baked egg, Herbal Tea, parmesan cheese (grated), half and half, broccoli, coffee, italian sweet sausage, microwave bacon. Lunch: homemade chicken broth, salad greens, Perdue short cuts, simply lt. ranch dressing. Dinner: pork chop, butter, green beans, spinach. Snacks/Other: water, hard boiled eggs, cooked ham, Hellmann's Canola, string cheese, spicy brown, Cracker Barrel Jalapeno Cheese Sticks, celery, cream cheese, deli deluxe, Wrigley's Winterfresh Gum, olives, heavy cream, coffee. more...
