piece of toast & honey, bowl of chix noodle soup & saltines, nut mix, veggie burger on burger roll w/sweet potato fries, carrot salad for dinner, baked walnut bars for dessert.
238.2 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 58.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
